DeployBeacon service terms
These terms explain the static website hosting service, account responsibilities and how to contact us. Version: 5 October 2026.
Who provides the service
DeployBeacon is operated by Fleeta Limited, company number 16675897, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, England, IP1 1RJ. Our VAT number is GB512508129. Contact hello@deploybeacon.ai about these terms or support@deploybeacon.ai for help with your account.
Your account and Free plan
Create an account using an email address you control, verify that address and complete the required security checks. Keep passwords, authenticator recovery codes and API credentials private. You must have authority to act for any organisation whose workspace you manage.
The Free plan has no subscription charge and needs no payment card. It includes one active project, 1 GB of stored uploads and release files, 10 GB of monthly transfer, three retained releases and one custom domain. The dashboard shows current usage. Limits may prevent additional operations; they do not authorise an automatic charge.
What you can host
The available hosting service serves built static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets. Build your website before uploading it. Customer server processes, PHP and managed databases are unavailable until explicitly offered as an enabled service. A roadmap entry or disabled control is not a promise of delivery.
You retain your rights in your content. You permit us to store, inspect, back up and serve it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to publish it, its accuracy and legality, and any privacy information your visitors need. Never upload passwords, private keys or server secrets.
Acceptable use and account protection
Do not use the service for unlawful content, phishing, malware, spam, infringement, attacks or attempts to access another customer's information. Do not evade resource limits or interfere with the platform. We may restrict affected content or access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident, a legal requirement or a material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Payments and changes
A paid service requires a separate checkout showing the service, billing interval, total price, tax and cancellation conditions before you commit. Merely selecting or viewing a plan does not create a paid subscription. Domain search is not a domain purchase or reservation. Do not treat indicative prices as an active checkout offer.
We will explain material service or terms changes before they affect you where reasonably possible. Changes to an existing paid agreement must respect its agreed notice and cancellation terms. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and your copies
We aim to provide a reliable service, but a Free account does not include a contractual uptime guarantee. Keep an independent copy of your original website and test it after publishing. File inspection and automated checks cannot establish that every website feature is correct or secure. Release recovery depends on the files still being retained.
Leaving and resolving problems
You can stop using the service and request account closure through the account controls or support. Export information you need first. The closure flow explains the confirmation and recovery period; some records may remain where needed for security, financial obligations or a legal claim, as described in our privacy notice.
Contact support first so we can investigate a problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law where they live. Nothing excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
